After over 12 years of offering advertising-sponsored webhosting, we have decided to phase out our free service in favor of a subscription-based model. This was not a decision that was made easily or lightly. In the last few years it has become increasingly difficult to secure reliable advertising sources that will accept a free host like ours. Google, the biggest player in the industry, has become excessively strict in its criteria for acceptable advertisers, and Yahoo left the market altogether. That left us scrambling for alternatives, which have proved unfruitful. We realize that this will be a blow to many websites that need a free space to park their web pages. We hope that before considering alternatives our free users will consider staying and upgrading to our low cost subscription service (starting at US $4.99 /month) to which we have added many features and benefits not previously included with our free service.

We wish we could have continued offering the free service, but in our current economic climate it is no longer profitable. To ensure the seamless continuation of your web site, please consider upgrading to our subscription service or make arrangements to move your site to another web host before the end of August 2011.
